We are committed to promoting the well-being of every child, enhancing their enjoyment of learning, raising achievement and aspiration, and supporting children and families throughout their learning journey — from birth, through their school years and into the future.
At Abingdon, we believe that every child has the potential to succeed. Our core values of Aspirations, Resilience, Commitment and Harmony — ARCH — are at the heart of everything we do. They shape the way we learn, work, play and build relationships with one another. From the classroom to the playground, on the sports field and within our wider community, we encourage our children to demonstrate these values every day.
Our ARCH points celebrate children who show these principles through their learning, behaviour, friendships, teamwork and personal growth. We want every child to recognise their own strengths, celebrate the achievements of others and understand that success is not only about what we accomplish, but also about the kind of person we become along the way.
